Dear Chamber Members:
Welcome to your Chamber website. I'm sure if you take a minute to browse through the Membership Directory you'll find members you never realized belonged to the Evans Chamber of Commerce. This is a vital and exciting time for the City of Evans and the Chamber and we are all proud to be a part of it!
We believe our Business After Hours are the best in the region for getting to know your fellow business people and meeting new friends. They are always from 5-7 on the 3rd Thursday of each month. The best part is that they are free of charge!
We offer a series of seminars that have been highly rated by their participants. They are held at least once a month at a reduced rate to Chamber members.
Our THANX program in which businesses and their employees receive PERX (discounts) has been very popular. If you haven't signed up for this already be sure to give me a call to take advantage of the reduced prices.
We are also working on programs to involve our schools and our very active Senior community here in Evans.
I'm open to any ideas any of you have for new programs or services. Please call me (970-330-4204) or stop by the office in the Jack Meakins Community Resource Center (3700 Golden St. in Evans) for information on any of our programs, your business concerns or to let me know what your Chamber can do for you.
Best regards,
Michele Jones Executive Director |

It's time to think EVANSFEST! This year EvansFest will be held on September 12th and 13th at Riverside Park. The night of the 12th will feature a beer booth and food starting at 5:30 followed by a free concert by Set Forth and, at 8:30, a fireworks display set to music which is becoming a huge attraction.
On Saturday the 13th the fun contuinues with a pancake breakfast and 5K run starting at 8. The parade begins at 10 and then at 11:00 the food court and vendor booths open along with a petting zoo, inflatables and the Home Depot Tent for the kids and entertainment and demonstrations. Of course you can't forget our famous (infamous?) NASCAN races throughout the afternoon.
If you would like to enter the parade or have a vendor booth please give me a call or e-mail me. The parade is free (prizes are given in 5 catagories) and the booths are $50 ($25 for non-profits). We'll see you there!
